Fasting

I started a 500cal fast yesterday after lunch at 1:30pm. I had a nice supper of a sausage sandwich, but figured that would be pushing me to the limit, so I’m having a bit of fruit and green tea this morning for breakfast. I’m already thinking about my lunch. I’ve got mushrooms, tomatoes, avocado, feta, scrambled eggs and toast in my plan.

I’m doing another one on Thursday this week, which should be easier as I’m going out for breakfast with the boys from work, I foresee eggs in my future then too!
